Why it works

How to make the perfect brew
At least 30 minutes before bedtime steep one heaped teaspoon in boiling water for 3-5 minutes to release the tea's sleep-inducing properties. Strain before serving and enjoy. Can be sweetened to taste, but remember to keep it natural! Sip to induce a sense of pure relaxation.
